When should I start?

Whenever you feel ready. It could be one month after birth, one year later, or even several years into motherhood.

Can I prepare for postpartum before giving birth?

Yes. You can work with us during pregnancy to understand postpartum changes, plan your recovery, and build a strong support system in advance.

What support does Wo-health offer?

We focus on complete maternal recovery after birth — both physical and emotional. Our expert team includes:

We also have a global mothers' community on WhatsApp with monthly expert Q&A sessions.

Can you help with postpartum depression?

Yes. Our Psychotherapist supports mothers navigating postpartum depression (PPD). You can check out our "services" section for the various mental health concerns that our therapist can help you with.

Yes. Our Health & Lifestyle Coach creates personalised recovery programs based on your postpartum stage, body, and lifestyle. (You don't need a gym membership if you don't want to.)

Can you help with breastfeeding challenges?

Yes. Our midwife and lactation consultant is experienced in guiding mothers through various breastfeeding issues. You can check out our "services" section for the various feeding and lactation concerns that our expert can help you with.

Yes. Our WhatsApp community is a safe, moderated space where mothers can connect, share, and learn — with access to monthly live expert Q&As.
